How can we help?
Find answers about booking, tickets, entry and refunds.
Buying tickets
What does “all-in price” mean?
The price you see includes every fee we charge. Nothing is added at checkout. If your card is in another currency, your bank may charge you for the conversion.
Do I need an account?
No. You can buy as a guest. Keep the ticket email we send you, because its link opens your tickets. If you sign in with the same email, your tickets also appear in your account.
How are seats held while I pay?
When you choose seats, we hold them for you for a short time. Your cart shows how long is left. If the time runs out, choose your seats again. We never swap your seats without asking.
Tickets and entry
Where is my ticket?
When your order is paid, we email your tickets. Each one has a code for the door, and you can download them as a PDF. Open them from the link in the email, or sign in with the email you used to buy.
Can I give or transfer a ticket?
If the event allows it, yes. Open your tickets and choose Send this ticket to someone. When they accept, they get new codes and your copy stops working.
What should I bring to the door?
Bring your ticket code, on your phone or printed. Follow the organizer's instructions on the event page and on your ticket. Some events ask for ID or have their own rules for arrival and re-entry.
Changes and refunds
Can I get a refund?
Refunds follow the event's refund policy and your consumer rights. An approved refund goes back to the card you paid with, and the ticket stops working.
What happens if an event is postponed or cancelled?
The event page and your tickets show the change, and we email you about it. If a refund is offered, your tickets page shows how to get it. Check the event page rather than an old screenshot.
What if my payment fails or goes through late?
If a payment fails, no ticket is issued. If a payment goes through late, we match it to your original order. We then issue your tickets or ask our support team to sort it out.
Still need help?
Send us your order reference, the event and what went wrong. Never send your card number or ticket code.
